Alpha Call Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and scope

Welcome to Alpha Call. Alpha Call is a public market information and claim verification product provided by the Alpha Call product operator. By checking the consent box and continuing to register, sign in, or use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not register, sign in, or continue using the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

2. Accounts and security

• You may register and sign in with an email and password or a Google account. You must provide valid account information that you are authorized to use.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and signed-in sessions. You may not transfer, rent, or sell your account. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use.
• You are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for losses caused by your disclosure of credentials, failure to sign out on a shared device, or other actions attributable to you.

3. The service

Alpha Call organizes public X/Twitter market discussions, creator claims, news signals, and market data. Automated and AI systems extract, normalize, and verify claims so users can review the source, timestamp, and price context.

Features, free access, paid access, prices, and regional availability are shown in the product at the relevant time. We may adjust features as the product evolves, but these Terms do not promise features that have not launched.

4. Public information and third-party content

• Posts, creator profiles, market data, news, and external links may come from third parties. Rights in that content remain with their respective owners.
• Public information may be deleted, edited, delayed, or incorrect. Alpha Call's organization, translation, classification, and AI output may also be incomplete or inaccurate. You should independently verify material information against primary sources.
• When you access a third-party website or service, its own terms and privacy practices also apply.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Alpha Call for unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, or interference with the security or operation of the product.

• Do not bypass access controls, membership restrictions, rate limits, or other technical measures.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, or provide product data or analysis to third parties without authorization.
• Do not upload malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt servers, accounts, APIs, or other users.
• Do not impersonate others or use the service to create or distribute fraudulent or misleading financial information.

6. Paid services

If you purchase paid features, the price, billing period, included benefits, and cancellation method are those shown at checkout and confirmed in your order. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees for a service period are not automatically refundable because the service was unused.

7. Intellectual property

Alpha Call's product design, software, interface, brand, original copy, and original analysis structure are protected by applicable law. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, publicly distribute, or commercially resell them. Third-party content is not transferred to Alpha Call or users.

8. Investment risk and disclaimers

• Alpha Call is a public information analysis and historical verification tool. It is not an investment adviser, broker, exchange, or trading platform for securities, futures, digital assets, or other financial products.
• Claims, stance labels, verification results, rankings, prices, and AI output do not constitute investment advice, a promise of returns, or an offer to buy or sell.
• Past performance does not predict future results. Markets can be highly volatile. You are responsible for your own decisions and losses.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that any content will be perfectly timely, complete, or accurate.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or feature if the account violates these Terms, threatens product security, infringes others' rights, or if the law requires us to act. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the channels listed in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the product, business, or law changes. The updated version and effective date will be posted here. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes and request renewed affirmative agreement where required by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws having jurisdiction where the Alpha Call operator is established, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith and may then submit unresolved disputes to a court with jurisdiction.
